Every Pizza Dog is fired in our in-house brand — the Hot Diggity 800. Cordierite stone, dome-vented heat, 90-second bakes. That's how the crust gets its leopard char and the inside stays pillowy.
Pizza Dog started as a late-night experiment behind a pizzeria counter — what if the best part of a slice and the best part of a hot dog became one handheld thing? Five years and a lot of dough later, we're still chasing that first bite.
